Of course we want you to LOVE your purchase, but if it's not the perfect fit, we are here to help make the return process as easy as possible for you! 

Shake your Bon Bon happily accepts returns within 14 days of in store purchase or postmarked delivery date for Store Credit. Store credit will be given in the form of an E-Gift Card (will not expire) which can be used in our stores or online. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted and will automatically be returned to the sender.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags intact (any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, etc) will not be accepted and will be returned at your own expense)
  • If an item is purchased with a pink SYBB heart tag attached, this heart tag must be attached for a return or exchange to be accepted
  • Items must not be damaged or altered
  • Must have the original receipt or gift receipt and must be accompanied by its original packaging

The following is a list of FINAL SALE items that cannot be returned or exchanged (If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense)

  • The Blank Bar Custom Items
  • Sale & discounted items are considered final sale if the discount is greater than 20%
  • Lingerie or Intimates 
  • Bodysuits or garments containing an intimate piece 
  • Bathing Suits
  • Jewelry or Hair Accessories 
  • All Vintage 
  • Items purchased using Store Credit (E-Gift Card)
  • Orders purchased using After Pay, Shop Pay or Affirm
  • International orders

Love your item but need an alternate size or color? A direct exchange can be offered at any time within the 14 day window. If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size or color, please send us an email at returns@shopshakeyourbonbon.com, return your order, and place a new one for the desired item. Please Note: To ensure you reserve the correct size/color, please do not wait until your return is processed to place your new order for the correct item. Upon delivery and approval of your return, we will issue your refund to your original form of payment and send over a confirmation to your order’s email address.

Please Note: Our team carefully inspects each and every item before it is shipped out. 


To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@shopshakeyourbonbon.com. In your email, please include your order number. Once you’ve received the return label, print and apply it directly onto the original poly mailer and send it back to us. Include your packing slip and item(s) in its original packaging. Upon delivery and approval of the return, we will issue your store credit and send a confirmation to your order’s email address.

  • Shake your Bon Bon reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after the checkout process has been completed.
