U.S. RETURN POLICY:

Of course we want you to LOVE your purchase, but if it's not the perfect fit, we are here to help make the return process as easy as possible for you! At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. All International orders are final sale.

Shake your Bon Bon happily accepts returns that were purchased online for a Store Credit (Shake your Bon Bon E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the order ship date. With daily new arrivals, we are certain there will be something else you will love! Plus, your E-Gift Card will not expire.

  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items must not be damaged or altered
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Please include the original receipt or gift receipt along with your return
EXCHANGES:
Direct exchanges can not be offered at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size or color, please return your order and place a new one. Please contact Customer Care here to help process your return. Please Note: To ensure you reserve the correct size/color, please do not wait until your return is processed to place your new order for the correct item. Although your E-Gift Card won't be issued quickly enough to use on this current exchange, you'll have the proper item and your new E-Gift Card will not expire once it is issued. 

 

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may be returned by contacting Customer Care here within 3 DAYS of delivery. Please Note: Our team carefully inspects each and every item before it is shipped out. You will need to include a photo of the faulty or incorrect item.

FINAL SALE:

The following is a list of FINAL SALE items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale Items
  • Lingerie or Intimates 
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks 
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Shoes
  • All Vintage
  • All International Orders
  • Items purchased using a Store Credit (E-Gift Card)
  • Items purchased using a Promotional Code
  • Orders purchased using After Pay or Affirm
START YOUR RETURN REQUEST:

Please start your return request by emailing our Customer Care Team at customercare@shopshakeyourbonbon.com & please include the following:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Upon approval of your request, we will send you a return label via email to attach to the original packaging. The shipping cost to return your order will be deducted from your E-Gift Card. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Shake your Bon Bon E-Gift Card and send it to your order's email address. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

  • Shake your Bon Bon reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy. 
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after the checkout process has been completed. 
  • Any items bought using store credit (E-Gift Card) can not be returned. We offer the ability to return each order one time only.
