Of course we want you to LOVE your purchase, but if it's not the perfect fit, we are here to help make the return process as easy as possible for you! At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. All International orders are final sale.

Shake your Bon Bon happily accepts returns within 30 days of in store purchase or delivery for a Store Credit. With daily new arrivals, we are certain there will be something else you will love! Store credit will be given in the form of an E-Gift Card which can be used in our stores or online. Plus, your credit will not expire. You will be issued credit on the platform the order was placed (website or app).

Here's the best part: If your items are eligible for a return, we include the Return Label in your order! All you have to do is stick your pre-printed label directly on the original poly mailer and send it back to us. Include your receipt, your item(s), and reason for return card. We will issue you your E-gift card via email upon delivery and approval of return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed & original tags in tact
  • Items must not be damaged or altered
  • Must have the original receipt or gift receipt

Direct exchanges can not be offered at this time from our online store. If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size or color, please return your order and place a new one. Please Note: To ensure you reserve the correct size/color, please do not wait until your return is processed to place your new order for the correct item. Although your E-Gift Card won't be issued quickly enough to use on this current exchange, you'll have the proper item and your new E-Gift Card will not expire once it is issued. 

Please Note: Our team carefully inspects each and every item before it is shipped out. 


The following is a list of FINAL SALE items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale Items or Items purchased using a Discount Code
  • Lingerie or Intimates 
  • Jewelry or Hair Accessories 
  • Facemasks
  • Shoes
  • All Vintage 
  • Items purchased using a Store Credit (E-Gift Card)
  • Orders purchased using After Pay, Shop Pay or Affirm

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Shake your Bon Bon E-Gift Card and send it to your order's email address. The shipping cost to return your order will be deducted from your E-Gift Card.

  • Shake your Bon Bon reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy. 
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after the checkout process has been completed. 
  • Any items bought using store credit (E-Gift Card) can not be returned. We offer the ability to return each order one time only. 
  •  Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
